Fulfillment and Shipping Policy
Droplit currently only allows for orders within the continental United States. We apologize if you are affected by this. We are working to expand our geographic service area.
Standard rate shipments take 3-7 days depending on shipping location. Orders are shipped from Irvine, California.
Order processing may take up to 2 days but our goal is to fulfill every order within 24 hours of validated payment.
All orders are provided shipment tracking codes so you can track the status of your shipment.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your product. If the product is damaged or defective, please use our Contact Form to notify us. We will investigate and make it right.
Change Orders and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the delivery address. Please confirm your details before placing your order.
If you wish to cancel an order, we can do so before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy.
Return Policy
By placing an order with Droplit, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Only products purchased within 30 days of the request for refund are eligible. After 30 days from purchase, we can not accept any refund or exchange.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to Droplit. We strongly recommend you get shipment tracking or insurance as we can not be responsible for returned packages lost in transit. Your returned product must be in the new, unused, and in original packaging you received it.
To request a return, please use our Contact Form to obtain a Return Authorization. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization form and a return address. Upon receiving the return and verifying the product is in its required condition, we will process your refund back to the original method of payment.
