Shipping policy
Droplit currently only allows for orders within the continental United States. We apologize if you are affected by this. We are working to expand our geographic service area.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Standard rate shipments take 2-7 days depending on shipping location. Orders are shipped from Irvine, California.
Order processing may take up to 2 days but our goal is to fulfill every order within 24 hours of validated payment.
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the delivery address. Please confirm your details before placing your order.
If you wish to cancel an order, we can do so before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Refund Policy.
All orders are provided shipment tracking codes so you can track the status of your shipment.
Title and risk of loss for products purchased from Droplit pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Upon that transfer, Droplit is no longer liable or responsible for any delays or lost/damaged items. In the event you have any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping company to lodge a claim.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your product. If the delivery box is visibly damaged, and the product is defective, please use our Contact Form to notify us. Please hold onto the damaged delivery box as we will need it in order to initiate a refund. Discarding the damaged delivery box may limit our ability to issue you a refund or send you a replacement order.
